I have a standard umbraco.MediaPicker on a DocType. I have "Allow at Root" set for media Folder type only (e.g. only folders can be created at the root of the media library).
When using the Media library section, I can only create folders at the root level, which is what I want.
However, if I use the "Upload" button on the media picker while editing a node, I can create an image at the root level of the media library. This is happening a lot because users are uploading images and not bothering to select the correct location for them!
So, is there a config way to fix this, or is it a bug?
