    Default language changing itself

I am now working on a site. Locally it shows me danish is default language and english secondary.

But when I move site on some other system or server, It start showing english as primary and danish secondary. Due to which on environment only showing my english node data even I go to danish too.

Any suggestions how to stop doing this action??

Locally when I am working, I added languages and if you know first one act as default language. So my localhost website showing like this http://screencast.com/t/rcNfvFXb and it is working fine as danish is default one.

But when I deploy same site on server, It automatically put english on top and denmark second like this http://screencast.com/t/8kvoYmm7

I don't know why this not working properly. I set hostnames and culture too but still not working properly.

    Regards

How have you setup your website?

    is it www.site.com and www.site.dk OR www.site.com/en and www.site.com/dk ?

does deploy and test server uses the same database?

Have you tried to change the language so danish is first on deploy server?

    Hi Amalie,

    I used this package.

    https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/polyglot/

DK is default. so it will www.site.com, but for other langauges it will be www.site.com/en/ www.site.com/fr/.

It uses same database. And I tried to change danish first but it again sort it back.

Yup it shows english always, unless I give /da/ in url, which is essentially not required because it works without it locally.

    Check screenshot http://screencast.com/t/kuhnw3XEUx

I think you should add a domain called www.site.com and set i to danish culture

And on the english site set the domain to www.site.com/en with english culture
