    Datatype save removes square brackets from name

    We just upgraded existing installation to umbraco 7.3.4 we have a bunch of datatypes with names that contain [ ] eg [Custom] 3 Character Textstring.

    When we save these data types they save however the square brackets are stripped also when you create new ones with square brackets in name they are also stripped. This used to work <7.3.4 has something been introduced so strip out non alphanumerics from name of data type?

    Hey Ismail,

    It's a known issue in 7.3, meant to be fixed in 7.4 http://issues.umbraco.org/issueMobile/U4-7477

    Although one thing in clean install it does not seem to occur??
