Yes you can create user login page and a user registered page, and have them as two separate pages.
If you go to the Settings section partial views, and creates a new file, then you will get some templates to choose from. One of the template is a login form, and another one is a register code snippet.
You will get the same options if you like to use Partial view macro files, then you need to create the files under the developer section partial view macro files.
