    "Save and Publish" saves but doesn't publish

    When I hit "Save and Publish" the button fades out and then nothing happens. I'm running Umbraco version 7.2.6 on Azure

    In Firefox I get the error "content.tabs is undefined" enter image description here

    In Firefox and Safari I get a 400 Bad Request. enter image description here
