    schedule publish not working

    I have a website built with umbraco. umbraco version is 7.3.0 when i set publish date and then save conent, it is saved successfully. but it is not published on that date time. i tried with fresh install of umbraco and there is it working fine.

    so i dont know what is wrong with my code, any help will be appriciated.

    BTW site was built with 7.x.x (i guess 7.1.x but don't know exactly) and we have upgraded it to 7.3.0.
