ClientDependency ... list of stylesheets it bundles?

I have installed the LocalGov starter kit, and made a bunch of CSS changes while "debug = true" in web.config.
When I tried to set "debug = false", it didn't produce the results that I was expecting. It's as if the changes that I made in bootstrap.css are being overwritten by another bootstrap.css file. (There are some other versions floating around in other directories, I noticed).
Is there any way of finding out which stylesheets the ClientDependency framework uses when creating the .cdj file?
