Anyone have multi-region hosting (perhaps on Azure) to get the load speed faster for specific regions?
Say a server/VM in Europe and a server/VM in Asia and one in the U.S.?
Is it worth it (were speeds dramatically increased for that region)? Do you set it up as a load balanced scenario with a cloud DB and CDN for Media? Basically, I’m trying to determine if its possible (I assume yes) and worth it (better customer experience) and not a total pain (painless content editing). Perhaps I should just add a CDN and call it good? Thoughts?
