I recently tried to upgrade my site from 7.3.0 to 7.3.5 using Nuget. After the upgrade was completed, I expected to find previous versions of my files in the NuGetBackup folder in order for me to do a merge. Instead what I found was the new versions (post-upgrade) of the files.
This is a bug right?
As a workaround I rolled back, copied the files to another location, then did the upgrade.
