UComponents multi url picker

Hi,

Upgraded from version 4 to 7 successfully.

Replaced UComponents multi url picker with https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/multi-url-picker/

My question is how to convert xml data from Ucomponents to use in replaced multi url picker for umbraco 7.

If anyone knows workaround please let me know

The Phoenix converters are for just this. I have used them once with good success.

Ucomponents datatypes are replaced by label property editors during database upgrade.

What's the best option to convert in this scenario
