hi - we have a client in the middle of content-loading a new website and they noticed some of the MNTP pickers (list view searching) were not finding content. I rebuilt the examine indexes using the backoffice dashboard tools and now the searches are finding the content they expected. My question is what are the main situations were the new content would not go into the index in the first place i.e. why would you need to rebuild the indexes generally speaking? thanks
