Hello there.

I cant load any plugin installed. And i am used to be able to load em all. With this error my backend get screwed up. It all happened suddenly.

I've tried to create a simple html-file in the app_plugins-folder, but when I try to view it, I get an 404-error.

The files are present in the folder.
