Hi,
We had installed and paid for a licence for Umbraco Forms when using 7.3. We have set up a number of working forms.
We have upgraded the CMS to 7.4.1 and we cant access the forms to edit
them and get a number of Errors:
Tried out Warrens suggestion but that didn't work out.
However it did fix my problem by installing the package manually through the package installer under the developer section in the umbraco backoffice, so thank you!

404 Backoffice/UmbracoForms/GetVersion
and
404 BackOffice/UmbracoForms/Formsecurity/GetByUserId.
These are the red pop ups when we click the Form Node and individual Form Names in the tree.
Can anyone shine any light on these errors?

We had to delete the old form and then recreate a new one (not ideal) - this seemed to fix the issue moving on.
