I have manually upgraded a site to 7.4.1 (copied the bin, Umbraco and Umbraco_Client and merged config files). But now my Settings/Partial Views menu is gone.
Sounds like something went wrong in the in upgrade. I´ve noticed a few times that the /Config/trees.config is not updated during upgrades. Try to manually update this file and it should solve itself.

Is that a 7.4.1 thing or is it just my upgrade?
