Umbraco v8 Custom Tool

Hi There!

I'm using the Umbraco ModelsBuilder Custom Tool in v7 to generate models from within Visual Studio. Now, in v8, this does not work anymore:

UmbracoModelsBuilder failed to generate code: Exception: Response status code does not indicate success (NotFound)

Maybe because the ModelsBuilderApiController is decorated with the HideFromTypeFinder-Attribute in v8?

Does anybody have a solution to this problem?

the ModelsBuilder Custom Tool doesn't support V8 yet:
