It's minor version release, so use nuget or copy the following folders from inside the .zip file over the existing folders in your site:
/bin
/Umbraco
/Umbraco_Client
I would follow this approach, to make sure the upgrade doesn't overwrite any changes I have made. In example, if I have changed default grid/forms views.
When will I be able to upgrade my Umbraco Web 8.0.0 to 8.0.1? Because there is currently no nuget update available for Web, I cant upgrade my project yet.
Upgrade from 8 to 8.01
Hi
Really nice that 8.01 is ready for download :-)
Any details or hints on what to do for upgrading from 8.0 to 8.01. There do not seem to be any version-specific documentation yet. https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/Getting-Started/Setup/Upgrading/version-specific
We are not using visual studio.

Hi Davy,
UmbracoCms.Web 8.0.1 has been available since a bit after the release yesterday since the pipeline to push the package was broken.
You can find it here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/UmbracoCms.Web/8.0.1
is working on a reply...
