Having had problems with a package that did not work with version 8, I had to uninstall and re-install Umbraco, so upgraded to 8.01 from 8.0, but I can no longer access any content from my home page.
All links seem to have the same url localhost:50643/1095.aspx# even though the content pages have their own id.
1095 is the home page id.
Nothing has changed in my source code, does anyone know what could cause this?

I would suggest you try to re-publish everything
