For some reason I am not able to change images when they are already placed in the RTE. If I select the placed image, then click the image (media picker) icon, the properties of the image are displayed. If I click close on that dialog, I'm presented with the media tree, but if I select anything, the image in the RTE is never updated.

Is this working as intended?
