Hi all

After a fresh Nuget install and build of any v8 version (v8.0.0 / v8.0.1 / v8.0.2) I am unable to run the website (using F5). Installing v7.14.0 via Nuget on same machine installs and runs without issue.

Using VS2017 15.9.13
Windows 10
.Net 4.72 selected when installing

I get the following error when trying to run:
