    Umbraco 8.1 - Cannot delete hostnames once set

    Hi guys,

    Quite a simple one, I have a project. I set my hostname/domain on the root node to be something (e.g. http://www.example.com/hello)

    Node saves and url updates accordingly. I return to DELETE this node. Upon clicking delete the panel closes.

    Reopening the hostnames section shows the domain is still present, with no way to delete. Any ideas?

    Just noticed this is a known bug. Hopefully this can get fixed asap.

    It might be worth updating the umbracodomain table in the database. I believe you will have to restart your site after making the change though. Just be sure that you copy the old domain down so you have something to revert back to in case it doesn't work as anticipated :).
