I've been working on a v9 site locally (IIS - no managed code pool) for a about a week now, really impressed with everything. However I've just noticed the templates which I've been editing in VS Studio are now showing up in the back office template editor section.
The templates are listed - but when you click them it's just a blank empty file. The site is running fine, the templates are not empty, they only appear so in the back end.
Publishing via VS with a Folder profile and it has Delete all existing files prior to publish checked
Can't find any errors, permissions or caching issues. Probably something obvious but I can't see it - any suggestions appreciated.
