We are looking for a CMS to replace the system we are currently using. I've been reading about Umbraco, but there are a few questions I haven't been able to find answers to on my own:
Does Umbraco include (or support) an E-commerce/webshop plugin that will allow us to easily:
Define products (including subscriptions which expire and have to be renewed periodically)
Define prices for existing products
Create and apply discount codes
(Optionally) integrate with our CRM (via web services), to allow customers to pay for quotes (which reside on the CRM), and update the CRM when purchases are made
Maintain purchase histories so we can check if customers qualify for upgrades or special offers
Extend it to automatically generate activation keys (by adding custom code to call the application we use to generate these)
Does Umbraco have centralized user accounts, or allow the user to write their own custom membership provider?
Does Umbraco have (or support) an ASP.NET-based help desk software with both web and e-mail interfaces (to automate support e-mails), such as HelpConnection.net or JitBit?
Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated.
