    Dictionary Item not displaying

    I have some weird stuffs going with my dictionary item, already set the culture and manage hostname but getting the same value on all different version of website.

    At first i thought i had some razor issues but  even when using umbracoItem it doesnt work at all.

    Anyone might have some suggestions on this ?

    Old version of umbraco v.4.11.8. But really weird this is not working.
