To appear on the "find an umbraco developer" page, you need to pass the 2 certification. Since you said that you have passed it then your name should appear on the list.
When I get on job tomorrow I can try to investigate why you not no the page. since you should have taken and pass the Umbraco Level 2 exam.

I passed my level 2 certification in December.
I've got to now prove to a prospective new employer that I'm certified. I thought I could just direct them to here:
http://umbraco.com/certified-partners/find-a-certified-developer?group=4.2
But I find I am not there.
Is there something that I need to do first?

You can change your country on your profile on umbraco.com by editing your details.
