    Release management with UAAS

    Hello,

For an upcoming project we are looking into Umbraco as a Service, and we allready have a Microsoft Release Management pipeline in place. We would like to use our current pipeline and hook that into the 1 click deployment that is provided on the Project page on umbraco.io. Is this possible using powershell or something else?

I've already looked at the documentation at: https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Umbraco-as-a-Service/Deployment/ but I'm not able to find the information there.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Jeffrey,

Currently this is not possible with Umbraco as a Service, the only way that you can deploy meta data between your Umbraco environments is by click the deploy button inside the portal.

Content deploy is done from the Umbraco backoffice.

We are always working on new features to improve the Umbraco as a Service, so perhaps one day this will be possible.

    /Dennis

    Hi Dennis,

Not the answer I was hoping for, but hopefully this is possible in a future release!

Thnx for the quick reply :)

    Regards, Jeffrey

I've created it as a feature request at least so you can track it. Note, however, that this is not yet on our list of priorities for the foreseeable future.
