I have today tried creating a Development environment from my Live project. It appeared to create it ok and no errors reported until I refreshed the project page, it shows an error against the Development environment. It would appear that it may not have been able to clone from the live to dev??
Ill just leave a message here as well, for others to see if they run into the same issue. We got it fixed through the in-app-chat in the Umbraco as a Service portal.
This seemed related to the other issue with the user not being added to the original(live) environment.
