I have the following url's set in my 'Domains for live' :
The www website works but when entered without 'www' it doesn't load. I've set the 'Culture and Hostnames' as both on the root node.
Any ideas why this would not work?
Hi Bezmundo,
It looks like problem with IIS or domain settings, can you check?
Thanks,
Alex
Its UaaS so theres no ability to check IIS and all domains are pointing to the UaaS service
Bezmundo, interesting problem, did you write to HQ at the UAAS admin?
Thanks
Hi Bezmundo.
Are both domains pointed to UaaS with CNAME records?
Some providers can't handle only setting CNAME records and then you need to set a A record for your none-www domain to: 23.100.15.180.
If that doesn't do the trick, then I would do as Alex said and contact UaaS support.
Best of luck to you!
Hi Ben
What Dennis is true. There are differences between the various domain providers. I've asked for some details in the support chat if this doesnt help and we'll get someone to take a closer look.
All the best
