How did you fix this? I have the same issue and need to get restore working. I have no idea how to investigate this further as the error is only:

What version is your Umbraco on the Cloud? We never got the client working but Umbraco said it could be because the Umbraco version is pretty old. So an update is in process and hope that will help.

    Kind regards

    Anders

Yeah - okay. That is properly a thing that Cloud support can help you with. Just write the support in the platform. Then maybe write the answer here so it help others at a later point :)

On it. Will update this thread with the result. I guess doing a clean setup of local dev will work, but I'd like to know if it's possible to solve the problem.

    Hi

Sometimes this problem can be fixed just by restarting the application. I hope this is your case.

    Thanks,

    Alex

Hi restarting the application did not solve the problem for me. I solved it by generating a new VS solution with UaaS.cmd as this site was pretty fresh anyways. Support suggested that I create all content, doctypes etc in local dev and push to live as this is the recommended workflow. I was not aware of that and had doctypes and templates created in live.
