Articulate has only recently become available via Nuget. Infact, I believe it was the latest release and there are some steps you have to do after you've installed.
Have a read of the above link but it should help you get past where you are stuck.
There aren't any particular steps you need to do for Cloud, I've had no issues with packages both installed via nuget (the recommended approach) and some that had to be installed via the package manager.
Installing packages on umbraco Cloud
Been using Umbraco Cloud for the last week or so and really enjoying it. However I am a bit confused about how packages work...
I just installed articulate using Nuget: https://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/articulate/
I installed it locally first using the VS and nuget, this all seems to have worked fine - no errors.
But when I open the back office of umbraco locally I can't see anything new no new doc types or templates...
Is there a something missing in the way to install packages when using the cloud?
