    Notifications not working (Umbraco CLoud demo)

    Hello

    I have the 14 days Umbraco demo and have to do few tests.

    Also I have set up three accounts with different emails: - editor - writer - admin

    I ticked all possible notification options for all three accounts but don't get notifications emails when creating/editing content. I have to test this for our Communications team. We will start using Umbraco later this year and I have to test the editorial workflow.

    any ideas are welcome.

    Hi Emil,

    For the notification option to work in Umbraco Cloud you will need to specify SMTP settings in the web.config.

    Umbraco Cloud did not offer the features of a SMTP server, however we can recommend that you are using a SMTP service for this.
