Can't login on local environment

I can't login into my site in my local environment anymore. I don't exactly know when this went wrong.
What is the way to restore the admin user from cloud again?

Hi Frans,
First of all sorry to hear that you have troubles logging into your site in your local environment anymore.
What I would suggest you give a go would be to make a fresh clone down to your local machine to see if this solves the issues.
