Umbraco cloud visual studio duplicate Umbraco files

I've just created my first Umbraco cloud trial, cloned a local version and ran the uaas-cmd file to convert it to a Visual Studio solution. This appeared to work fine and I can run the site ok. I notice, however, I now have 2 versions of the Umbraco directory/files i.e.Views, Umbraco, Config etc, one copy in the root directory (alongside my solution file) and one in the Web project. Why is this? Am I supposed to manually delete the directories from the root so they only remain in the Web project or have I done something wrong?

    Hi Justin

The uaas.cmd file takes care of cloning your local version. It sounds like you cloned your site, and then ran uaas.cmd inside it. This will clone it once more in a .Web-folder.
