I had managed to create a trial account successfully. Able to view the site as well as the backoffice login portal. Unfortunately no matter which account / combination I use, I cannot login to backoffice. Kindly advise.
It seems you have locked your account. Couple of options:-
Try Forgot Password and you will receive email for password change link.
You can open table umbracoUser and check userNoConsole and userDisabled property to be true. Both need to be false and then try with your existing password.
Thanks for the response. I could login to umbraco cloud portal fine but not the project backoffice.
However when I work on it from my local, I am able to login just fine. Try creating a new user from the local sync it to the cloud, I still couldn't login to backoffice.
There is no forgot password for the project backoffice.
