    Hi Damon,

    I have asked the Courier Core team, and the courier.config are not supposed to be identical on the source and the target server, it depends on where you wan´t to deploy to.

    To get some better logging of whats going on for debugging, open the /config/courier.config and uncomment the debugmode config and set it to true, then restart your site.
