This week a I did a regular courier deployment and somehow it broke the website. It took the site back to the umbraco installation page. I panicked but after I did a republish on the site everything started working again. The issue is that all the nodes in the umbraco.config now contain "id":"00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" for all archetype elements. I have code that consumes the umbraco config file and has now stopped working.

Has anyone experienced this before? Its as if courier has added ids to the archetype nodes???
