Right. I've spent almost a WEEK on this! and still running around in circles
Courier 2.52.7 on Umbraco v7.4.3
After the upgrade the Courier icon is not showing in the left side dashboard, and it is not listed in Sections (checklist)
Also, under the Courier Security General settings - Fetch Revisions - Manage Local Revision - Manage Repositories - Transfer Revisions
are missing in the BE
CHECKED these files
/config/applications.config
/config/dashboard.config
/config/trees.config
/umbraco/config/lang/en.xml
/umbraco/config/lang/create.ui.xml
/App_Data/packages/installed/installedPackages.config
ANYONE with similar issues / any ideas ?

The reason is your account does not have a senior enough access level. This means you can install Forms but not view it. Ask someone with a more senior access level to give you access.
