First of all, does one get support when purchasing Courier full version? I just purchased Courier full version.
Here's my problem: go to the content page and click on a node (highest node aka home), then click on the Courier icon in the upper right "Actions" menu, click checkbox "Include all nodes below this one", click "Deploy", then I get a white screen. No error message. I'm not doing anything fancy, we had the same exact issues with Courier Express and we thought that it was an issue with the version we had. I just bought a full license of this product and it is on a fresh install of Umbraco. Do I need to also buy support to get it to work???
I get the following in the logs:

Please let us know f there is a fix. We are experiencing the same issue.
Umbraco 7.5.11
Courier 3.0.8
However, it is intermittent and seems to be the Document Type: Image. Courier will hang when attempting to send all content. If we "uncheck" Doc type: image and repackage it will send.
Yes. The image doc type needed to be the same in each instance. There was a difference from one instance to the next. After these were corrected it has been running great.
Courier doesn't do anything, gives blank page
First of all, does one get support when purchasing Courier full version? I just purchased Courier full version.
Here's my problem: go to the content page and click on a node (highest node aka home), then click on the Courier icon in the upper right "Actions" menu, click checkbox "Include all nodes below this one", click "Deploy", then I get a white screen. I just bought a full license of this product and it is on a fresh install of Umbraco. Do I need to also buy support to get it to work???
I get the following in the logs:
Hi Giancarlo,
When you have purchase a Courier license then you have support for this product.
Would it be possible for you to let us know what version of Umbraco CMS you are using and also what version of Courier you are using?
Did you get any errors in the browser console?
All the best,
/Dennis
Thanks for offering to help. How do I open a support ticket?
I'm using Courier Full 3.0.7 and Umbraco 7.5.11.
I am getting errors in the browser console:
Hi Giancarlo,
I would be great if you use this contact form to submit the support ticket to us https://umbraco.com/contact-us/
Please add as much information you can in the ticket, then we can help you.
Then we also have the possible to escalate this to our development team if we need to.
Best,
-Dennis
