Having some issues with Umbraco forms. On both our test and production servers, we get an "Invalid object name 'UFRecords' error" when submitting entries. There was a post describing this as the database tables not getting installed:

Separately, I've tried to install the forms on my local machine to test this out but it doesn't create any of the folders (App Plugin for example). This is doing a package install through the browser. There's no error message at this point and I'm just stumped right now. The manual install method worked but I don't want to go that route on our servers.

Perhaps there was a database permission issue during installation that prevented the tables from being created?
There are a few ways of installing Umbraco Forms. Which method in particular are you using?
Also, was Contour installed prior to installing Umbraco Forms?
