Our site [https://randbpulse.azurewebsites.net] currently has two forms in place, one on the Contact us page so that a user can complete a form with an enquiry and this will then send to my email address and a new form called Triage Purchase Order form which is designed to allow potential customers to fill in the form, attach a PO and then submit to my email address.

I am comfortable with the form setup but I cannot figure out how to get the form to email to me when the form is submitted. Is there a realy simple solution to this..step by step..?
