How to enable conditions for show a field in Umbraco Forms?

    Hi.

I want to use enable condition for show or hide some fields. What should I do for it?

First. I defined a condition similar to image below:

    enter image description here

And then, my form transformed to image below:

    enter image description here

But when I run form page and select option 1 in First Select field, Second Select is not appear!

Am I do another task for enable condition?

    I use Umbraco Forms 4.3.0

    With thanks.

    Hi Hassan.

I have just tested the Umbraco Forms 4.3.0 beta setting up an condition like you discribed it and I can get the conditions working.

So the first thing to make sure is https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/products/umbracoforms/developer/Prepping-Frontend/ have you added the javascript libraries.

If so are you seen any errors in the browser console?

    Hope this helps,

    /Dennis

    Hello

I am having the same issue with Umbraco Forms 6.0.2. The conditions are not working and I have got the scripts on the page. In fact the field is not appearing at all despite I added a condition to make it appear when a selection is made from a dropdown.

There are no errors in the console.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks

    Hi aaeda,

Sorry to hear that you have issues with conditions that not working. Can you give me a bit more information about your setup.

    • What exact version of Umbraco CMS are you using?

    • How does your form look like?

Then I will see if I can reproduce it, and see if I can find a workaround for you and if it it should reported as a bug.

    All the best,

    /Dennis

    Hi Dennis

Thanks a lot for your reply. I managed to get it working. It was something with the javascripts and the rendering macro for the forms.

    Regards A
