Just bought a license for Umbraco forms, but when I create a form and click 'save', the green bar appears saying that it has saved my form. When I leave the page or click refresh it completely vanishes!!
Current installed version of Umbraco Forms: "4.2.1"
No, no error message appears in the browser. When I open the console though there is an error message that appear on page load, not when the for is saved:
Any answer for this problem? We have the same problem with 4.2.1
the default installation with umbraco was 4.3 BETA (!!!!!) which did not work at all, so we removed the beta and installed 4.2.1 with the special feature as described above.
I have full admin permission on Umbraco

To investegate this a bit further it would be nice if you could tell:
What exact version of Umbraco CMS are you using and the same goes for Umbraco Forms.
When you hit save, did you see any error in the console in the browser?

I've uploaded my .lic file to the /bin/ folder. Checked all the permissions on the appropriate files and folders based on this link: https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Getting-Started/Setup/Server-Setup/permissions With still no luck :(

The issue lay in not having the correct admin rights. As soon as I upgraded myself to the administrator it solved the issue.
