I assume that you have a master page, where you include all the links to stylesheet and so on, and the the other types of pages are children to the master layout.
Is the page template for the go to page a child of the mater layout like this.
Could you please check things like network requests, console errors, and also try to the result of the HTML output and try to see whats different, on pages where the styling are working, and the thanks page where the styling not are been added to.

My contact form works fine, the mail sends and it redirects to my 'thank you' page. But the page ignores all of its CSS

Yes it's already a child page of the master template. It only appears incorrectly after the form submission
