Current installed version of Umbraco Forms: "4.2.1"
So im creating a changes form ideally consisting of two pages:
Page 1
Personal Details:Name, Personel Number... etc
(checkboxes) Items to change: Address, Department, Salary
Page 2
Based on the checkbox selection from page 1 only the fields relevant should now be displayed.
Using contains in the validation for name

But when you come to select the check boxes for what you need to update select more then one of the options and only the first option name is revealed.
If i move the fields to separate pages on that form validation works... but trying to reduce the number of clicks!
Just for curiosity is there a specific reason why you are using Umbraco Forms version 4.2.1 and not the shiny new Umbraco Forms 4.3.2
One of the things that I liked with the new version of Umbraco Forms, is when you are working with conditions, then you will be helped picking the right field value for the condition.
By doing this you are sure that you are having the right value, to get the conditions to work, and you don´t have to guess. :-)
That is totally fair, the last couple of days we have been released Umbraco Forms versions so fast that you almost did notice this if you flash your eyes :-)

In all honesty I hadn't noticed the big blue upgrade button! :-s
Will upgrade now and see if that helps!
Think i know why... Was still using it as a demo to show what forms can do since upgrading I can now only continue if i pay for the license!
