New install of Umbraco and Forms doesnt load

Hi.

Today started a fresh install of Umbraco and then installed Merchello and then Umbraco forms and get

{{overlay.title}} {{overlay.description}}

Any Ideas.

Installed via the packages inside backoffice and using package manager same issue

Hi Jon,

Could you please try download the package from here, https://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/umbraco-forms/ and then install it as a local package.

Just for curiosity which language is set on the user that you are logged into the backoffice with.
