I have just created my first form, a membership application form. It consists of several steps with each steps including a few fields (ie questions). In the published fields, although the form is split into sections (the "steps"), the section names (eg "applicant details", "for corporate members" etc) dont display, the same happens for captions (the field just below the step title).

This makes my form quite meaningless, as some of the form sections refer to specific topics. How can I solve it?
