    UmbracoForms Error after Upgrade from v6.2.5 to v7.4.3

    I have recently upgraded a solution from v.6.2.5 to v7.4.3. The project had Contour installed, I have now migrated the majority of stuff to Umbraco Forms 4.3.0 but I am get an Error when trying to retrieve the Entries of the old Forms (see screenhots below).

    Anyone experience this before OR know why it might be happening?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
