    Add mapping field not appearing since upgrade to 4.3.2

    Hi all hoping someone might be able help.

    We have recently updated our version of forms to 4.3.2 from 4.2.1 but have now lost the ADD Mapping text field underneath our existing fields so cannot now edit a form unless the field exists.

    Has anybody else seen this problem?
