I dont think that this is possible without tweaking the Umbraco views, and that is not a very good idea becouse it will be overridden the next time you upgrade your umbraco installation.
If you think that this is a good feature, maybe you should post a feature request on http://issues.umbraco.org. (Make sure you mark the post as a Feature request, and not an issue/bug)

They added a script for hiding preview option.but it seems not working now in Umbraco7x
