I have Umbraco forms latest version running on Umbraco 7.4.3. For some reason I get duplicate entries when a user running IE submits a form. I think this may be the same issue as these guys are having:
My forms forward users to a thank you page after submit, but I am not sure if that is an aspect of the problem. the system is also running on a load balanced environment.
Then we have the issue it in our system, so we can see if there is an issue, and if so then it should be fixed in one of the future releases of Umbraco Forms, so much appreciated.

Just want to say thanks that you have added this to our issue tracker. http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/CON-1185
