This is not the thing I am asking. I need to create a simple form save the entry and email the data. This package is for deployment of things. Not even close to my requirement.

Can anybody give me a link for umbraco4 forms. I tried contour, it's not free and also not working. DiploRazorForm is also not working.

You need contour old version: https://our.umbraco.org/projects/umbraco-pro/contour/
No problem. And I used contour previously and I think it's not free and also gave some serious errors while installation regarding to security issues

Yes, it's not free. You can find some projects like formulate. I think all new packages for Umbraco 7.
Did you check upgrade option ?
No client wants to stick to the same version...
